I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the central garden of the historic center. The attention to detail was impressive, from the friendly staff who made up for their limited English with enthusiasm to the clean and pleasant rooms. I loved the Mexican feel of the converted house, and the small coffee pots in the rooms were a nice touch. The rooftop patio with its stunning view of Santo Domingo was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee.

No improvements needed - all was perfect!

Great Location and Free Wi-Fi

My New Year's stay in this hotel was overall a mediocre experience. However, the hotel's location was superb, just a block away from the main attractions and walking areas. I was pleased with the free Wi-Fi access in all areas of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast was decent and had a variety of options.

The hotel's negatives were a letdown. I was able to hear my neighbors' conversations and even the ambient noise from the street was disturbing.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the historic center, just around the corner from the famous Sto. Domingo church and a short walk to the main plaza. The convenient location allows guests to easily explore the city's attractions.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the historic center. The location was perfect, just a block away from a famous church and a bustling market. The central garden was a peaceful oasis where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast under a beautiful bugambilia tree. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, with plenty of natural light streaming in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I even had access to high-speed internet, which was a major plus for my business trip.

I did have a minor issue with noise in the evenings, but it was easily resolved by closing the windows.

Spent an amazing Xmas vacation at this lovely boutique hotel. The cozy rooms were equipped with all basic amenities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and lunches were delicious, available daily in the pretty plant-filled central patio. The friendly staff was always available and courteous. The hotel is located in a key location, just around the corner from a famous market and a beautiful church. The open street location made it easy to walk around and explore the city. The high-speed internet was a great advantage, which came in handy for work.

There were no major negatives at this hotel, but there was some city construction going on, which made it difficult to walk around. While the staff was courteous and helpful, some of the other guests could be loud and disruptive, which could be annoying at times.
